Hey everyone, I have a question. I originally bought the LD micro vanity case at the original price of $2500.

Now the price has decreased by $850 so price is now $1650. But I bought before the Feb 1st increase so I think it’s too late to get any type of adjustment. Has anyone experienced this before? I’m so mad right now and I can’t believe that it went down almost a thousand dollars! The $850+tax, I could have used towards something else.

On side note, $1650 is a much better price point than $2500.

I would bring this back to the store and demand a refund of the difference, because this is unacceptable. Certainly doesn't inspire loyalty to the brand.

I knew the original was waaaay too expensive for this size. It was $3500 in Canada for such a small pouch. The newer price makes sense, but for anyone who bought it at the higher price, what a sour taste this would leave behind.

I bought mine from Hawaii and had them ship it, so I can’t just go back. I asked the SA who helped me and they said they can’t do anything about it. Yes, even the Chanel one is cheaper. So I’m quite upset towards this loss right now.

Contact Dior customer service by email. Hopefully they can do something.

I sent them a note through the contact us on their website, we’ll see if they can do anything. Very upsetting for this to happen.

I’ve never heard of an item in the luxury world that was reduced by almost half. So it really is a great outcome!

That’s a great outcome! I didn’t even think luxury brands re-adjusted or reduced their prices after launching or releasing it. So happy they did this for you.
On a side note, how are you enjoying it? What colour did you end up getting? I’m interested in this one or the Chanel mini vanity with the handle which is the same price and looks the same but this one looks better structured. Is there any cons with the bag? Is it too small or just perfect for essentials. Would love to see some mod shots and what fits in your cute little bag if you have time.Would you recommend getting it? I noticed now the bag comes in an array of gorgeous colours. So pretty and cute!!
