GORGEOUS!! I loved this collection! I knew Maria would prove herself with the couture line. I definitely am getting a lot of Dior DNA, along with the structure from Raf and some Galliano vibes too. A strong collection!

Structurally, the architectural lines are are slightly more relaxed than Raf's, which is in keeping with her aesthetic. I liked the show. I wanna say I loved it, and some part of me does, but another part is saying I've seen this collection before. I do wish she had less dresses (Couture blasphemy, I know). Just needed a tad more variety. For a first Couture collection for Dior, not bad at all.
I can already hear credit card swipes on all these dresses.
On the other hand though, I wish that she could really let go of her identity and incorporate more of Dior's.
If people didn't tell me that this is Dior, exception of the bar jacket inspired pieces, I could have guessed that the collection is from Schiaparelli or Valentino.
