Dior Gaucho metal....missing strap....can it be replaced? anyone know how?

Hello,

I was wondering, does anyone know if it's possible to replace a Dior Gaucho tote with metal strap? I need one metal strap for the tote exactly like below. If so, how and where? Does Dior have a certain department that could help me with this...anyone know the telephone number or info? Approximate cost? Any information is sincerely appreciated. Thank you so much and best wishes!

last time my romantique flap bag handle got peeling, the SA in singapore replace the entire handle for me ... the SA told me they go carry some spare parts in case customers need their bag to be fixed ...

i never gave the SA the receipt and the SA never asked for it.... according to the SA in singapore, they dun charge for the spare parts as long as the bag is authentic ... however, they will charge for some handling fee ..
