Dior CD Oval bag

I’ve had it for a few months and am not a fan. I think it’s poorly made and poorly designed. The zippers do not operate smoothly and catch every now and again. It’s not centered on the bag so the side that opens is thinner than the other side and it’s already bent inwards. The bag does not open wide enough so you’re fishing around and prying stuff out of the deeper side of the bag. The length of the zipper misleads you into thinking the bag opens very wide but there’s an interior leather hinge on either end that was put there to prevent the flap from just flopping wide open and possibly spilling the bag’s contents. But the hinges are too tight and prevent the flap from opening more than a few inches thereby severely restricting access to the interior.

I just got it as well after falling in love with it on a trip to Paris. I should've bought it there cause VAT-life but whatevs.
I came home, kept thinking about it and bought it on a whim. I've only carried it a few times and even though the above review is 100% true, the zipper sometimes sticks for me and I have to make sure the dangles centered when closed—IDC, IDC, IDC lol. I like it, its fun and suppppeerrr cute IMO. I bought this bag with the intention of it being a fun, trendy, "accent" bag to elevate an outfit. For me, it was never going to be an every day bag or something I carry to catchall and function. I have a few bags like this and they're all minis (a BV mini pouch, a white Jodie, and a CF square mini). When I carry these bags I almost always carry my phone outside of the bag for easier access and only carry lip gloss, a card case, and keys. Also if you get the calfskin leather, I personally feel like I need to baby it a bit more so it doesn't scratch. Just be mindful of all of the above if you're still considering it.

Thank you for the review!! I’m still considering it because I LOVE the design! I don’t carry much usually, just my card case and sometimes my keys. I will need to try it instore to see the thing with the zipper, I hope it won’t bother me much haha
I just bought it recently as well. I haven't carried it extensively, but I bought it with the intention of only carrying the bare minimum in it, and using it for a night-time bag. If I just have my phone, glasses, lipgloss, and card case in it, I don't feel like I have any issue with space or accessing my items. I agree with the zipper catching. I think it catches on the inside where the gusset meets the flap. I tried several of the bags in store until I found the one in which the zipper caught the least.
I was only able to find a few pictures of it on social media, carried by Jisoo of Blackpink. I couldn't find any non-celebs wearing it.

Gahhh I love it! I don't want to say how long I spent in the store deciding between the black and the jacquardI finally bought the bag!! The zipper is annoying like everyone said but I can look past it since it’s the cutest bag ever
Good choice! Each time I wear the bag, it just makes me smile from how cute it is (even though its still an annoying bag to get in and out of). I hope you enjoy yours too!
