I don't know if Dior will do a vintage bag, but the damage only looks to be scuffing and scrapes. A good leather repairer may not be able to remove all traces of wear but he/she should be able to make the bag's leather parts look much better. make sure they're very reputable.

Someone who specializes in quality and luxury leathers will fix it no problem.
