DIOR BOOK TOTE (SMALL BLUE OBLIQUE) - should I buy it?

Hi,

my first designer handbag was the LV neverful in nm when I was 17. I loved this bag so much (still love it) and I worn it often.

Now I´m looking at the dior book tote in small and I thought maybe this is the new LV nevderful for me. I think the sizes are similar.

now my questions:

1. what are you're experiences with dior? (this would be my first dior piece)
2. what happens to the book tote when it gets a bit wet (rainy days in Germany -.-)
3. how is wear and tear?

Hi,
so funny because my first tote was the Neverfull too some years ago. I recently purchased the book tote small in toile de jouy instead of another Neverfull (I was thinking about damier azur as summer bag) but changed to the Dior Book Tote because I like the stitching so much. I use it on sunny days when the forecast says no rain so I can’t answer the rain question yet.
I already got a lot of compliments for it.
The only contra for me is that the Dior is not as comfortable to wear over the shoulder as the Neverfull.
But I would definitely say; go for that stunning Book Tote
