Anyone a member? I signed up for the program as soon as I heard about it, because I purchase a lot of Dior beauty products, so the other day I hit Gold status and it won’t let me redeem my gift to my basket. OMGahhh how annoying, I called customer service and they say it’s because they are “out if stock” from the gift. They hope to receive it in a month. Well that’s not my problem, if your going to do a loyalty program why not make sure you meet the demands of your clients. This is so annoying. They better give me my gift or no more Dior makeup for me. Will I ever get my welcome gift? Any thoughts or similar experiences? Btw, if there is another thread for this please let me know.
 
DIOR BEAUTY LOYALTY - PIA - I joined last year , I was already qualified for Gold and soon after Platinum. I NEVER rec'd Gold level gift and the Platinum WELCOME Gift was mailed to me but then oddly mid -shipment sent back. to DIOR ? I called CSR -- and they said we will resend it. Never did. I have no reason to lie and it seems they would believe a loyal customer but no. After countless phone calls , emails , letters they still maintain I rec'd my initial Platinum welcome gift. ( And year 2 It is happening all over again! )

I continued to purchase DIOR , BUT NO Birthday gift, I dd get the DELUXE HOLIDAY gift ( in MARCH ) then the lucky charms /daily challenges breaks down, Call CSR- nothing. send the photos of what is happening they ask for. Nada.
Now I am into my second year and still never rec'd Silver , GOLD and a new Patinum GIFT. The irony is some people do get the goodies as seen on YOU TUBE videos . I have called and it is always oh they ran out of stock etc... I am on a list for next Bday gift but again others DO get the freebies. I have even written to LVMH headquarters . If anyone has a a fix or a solution please advise. Thanks in advance.
 
I'm new to the beauty programe and have seen tik tok videos for coupon codes to get extra freebies with X amount of spend but all the codes seem to be for the USA site & i am in the uk. Does anyone know where regular postings for the codes for the uk site might be? I'd like to treat myself for my birthday and an extra little freebie would be nice if i could get one? Does anyone in the uk know what the most recent second purchase gift is atm? Tia.

I thought I would update progress or lack thereof with the Dior loyalty program. I was Mcdlv in the earlier thread. If anything things are worse, since July, I never got my Bday gift after a an hour long P/C with " Will " who promised personally make certain the gift would be sent. I moved in the fall and they shipped my order with my Platinum gift to my old addy and I had to call to stop shipment- after multiple phone calls - they promised to re-send it . They never did. More phone calls ... What is maddening is DIOR CSR say they are all out of xyz Gift - but I'm watching unboxing videos of brand promoters / others getting the gift. If I was a paranoid person; I really would pause to ponder WTF ? Alas the unboxing videos reveal in the comments, people all over the world experiencing much of what I have. So, Dior, I give you props for the general freebies I do get - but do BETTER PLEASE !

Seeing the reveals on YT made me believe things go smoothly with the loyalty program gifts. I'm sorry about the poor service you've received. I joined earlier this month and bought a few gift sets. I love the packaging and the GWPs they include. I'm still at a lower level, but if/when I advance and qualify for gifts, I'll make note of my experience and update this thread. Hope you can keep us updated as well.
 
I’m sorry everyone is going through this. It’s so frustrating! I joined the program for these perks! This is my experience.

So I just placed my second qualifying order on the Dior beauty website last week. I reached silver status with that purchase. I even received the confirmation email letting me know that I reached silver. I saw the gift in my account and was about to place another large order yesterday hoping to redeem the gift with that purchase. I’m not sure what happened but the gift is no longer showing up in my account. I even waited two days thinking it could be a glitch but still no gift in my account. I called customer service but they weren’t very helpful. I’ll try reaching out by email as well.

The silver status gift looked great and considering the amount of money I’m spending, I’d really like to be able to redeem it. At this point, I’m not sure what else can be done?
 
Hello, I am going through this same thing. Had this issue a few years ago, was assured I would receive my gifts and never did, and now having a problem again. Would love to hear from others.

I am going through same experience. Moreover the reps are so rude. When I asked her name-" she was like I don't think there is any need to tell my name". I 1st placed the order on 12/2/23 and still waiting. Don't think I would get it.
