Dilemma, which two should I let go to fund my bag?!

Hi all ladies

I normally hang out at the chanel section so i'm definitely a newbie at the LV forum. pls do let me know if i'm breaking any rules here and i apologize in advance.

Here's my dilemma:

I have a very good counter offer for a chanel bag from *bay, which I'm thinking of getting (however not sure yet due to budget). I would love to let go 2 bags out of the 3 to fund my purchase, but I don't know which one is a keeper and which 2 should i sell!

Options:
1) LV Popincourt
2) LV Mini Lin Speedy (picture borrowed from internet)
3) Gucci Off White Ivory Tote
