I recently purchased an item from an international seller paying for it with my paypal account via credit card.
The transaction took place in the early part of December & I just received the item last Saturday.
I contacted the seller immediately to advise her that the item is not
in the condition that is reflected in her pictures. There are several
nicks in the bracelet & there is no signature either.
I have sent her 3 e-mails regarding this & she has not responded.
I understand there is a time difference between the two of us & the
holidays are over, so there should be no dealy in why she hasn't responded.
There is also no language barrier.. she understands & communicates
in English very well.
I have purchased other items from her in the past & there has never been
an issue.
I can dispute the charge with my credit card or I can file with Paypal.
I just want to give her the opportunity to respond but so far no answer
before I either file a SNAD or dispute the charge..
Any suggestions or thoughts??
