Dilemma: Mandarin Selma or Black & White Saffiano Tote?

Hi all,
So I have a dilemma. I haven't worn my mandarin selma since I bought it (still has the tags on it and everything)...I did fall in love with that bag right away... however another bag has stolen my heart... at least I think so, LOL.

The Dressy Saffiano Leather Tote... this bag is GORGEOUS... if you had to decide... which one would you pick? The Mandarin Selma (which I do have one in the grey already) or else this tote? I do not own a Saffiano Tote yet.. I love that its also comfortable crossbody, which I can't really get that with my selma satchel.

Personally I prefer the dressy, especially in this color block, I love it! You can't go wrong either way.

I know! I'm obsessed! Especially because I think it would be a great all year round bag..

I missed out on the black/white selma with the silver hardware, so I thought this would be a good alternative

I love the Selma but I saw that Dressy in person yesterday and it's beautiful.
My "tough guy" boyfriend even saw it and said,"Wow, thats nice. It looks very fancy. Get that one!" Lol!
