Dilemma: Cartier Love Four Diamonds or Juste un Clou with diamond accent on the nail and tip?

So i am a true winter and I suit white gold and silver.
I have the yellow gold love with four diamonds because I was stubborn and wanted it to work. But the more I see it, the more it's obvious it does not suit me.
So I'm now saving up for either the white gold love with four diamonds or white gold juste un clou with diamond accent on the tip and nail.
Which one should I get?
I know it's my preference and I should get the one I like more but I genuinely don't know which one I like more!

My white gold Love with diamonds has scratched (shows wear/scratches) significantly more than my RG and YG Loves. I'd go for the Juc in white.
