Hi All,

I am a latecomer to the love party. It was originally purchased in May 2023 and worn sparingly. I purchased my small love from the store about a month after the first one. My concern is the difference in color. I did read that the white gold without diamonds dulls, but does it "dull" this quickly? My regular love looks so different than my small, in my eyes...and its started to bother me. Could it be that the regular is older than the seller represented? Thanks for your expertise!IMG_3263.jpg

It's because the WG without diamonds aren't rhodium plated, like the ones with diamonds. Which is why yours looks so gray, but since it's pre-owned, I imagine it's because it's older than the one you recently purchased from the boutique. But you say it was purchased in May 2023? Hmm not sure why it's that much more gray than your newer one. Could be older than the seller is representing. Sorry I wasn't much help.

I don´t know about the white gold difference but I got my small Love last year September. 6 months later I got the regular one, both in yellow gold. As my older one was scratched already a bit and worn 24/7, it seemed like there was a color difference in both bracelets. I started panicking and thought for a moment that I might have accidently one of them in rose gold. But now 9 months down the road both of them have the "same" color. Maybe that is the case with yours as well?

You can take both to Cartier and have them plated, like they do to the diamond version. Cost is probably around $250.00 each. They'll look great and match perfectly! I started with white gold and like the dull look, but got had it plated and now I'm a happy camper. Your double white gold's are beautiful!

I just noticed you show as being in the OC - Is that OC like near SCP? If so, I have a great SA who will work with you to have them plated.
