  1. Hi, i purchased a jumbo flap during the saks egc/triple point event..it came to my house yesterday and it says "made in italy" on the box...my mother purchased the same bag also during the event and hers says "made in france" ...is there a difference in quality? or am i overlooking this? does the bag made in france mean that its older?

  2. Quality is the same, well, I believe that 'made in Italy' handbags maybe even better since the Italians actually have more experience with handbags and shoe craftmanship since very early times. I think 'made in France' is just perceived as expected bc. the house itself is French. However I do prefer the French clothing over the Italian, I think the dressmaking quality is better from France.
