difference between a "selling supervisor"and a SA

is the managing director the manager of just one store, or all of the stores in the same area?

No idea how the management is organised in the US. For my country, the managers report to the same MD. (not applicable to DFS H stores)

I wonder if selling supervisors are in fact managers. If the SA kipp mentioned is the SA i know, then I know for sure she handles returns at my store. The SAs need her authorization. On more than one occasion I heard them refer to her as the manager.

I think kipp's SA is also my SA. There is at least another more senior person (boutique manager), because she mentioned her manager going to the recent Podium recently and ordering some stuff.

Is it better to buy from a SA or selling supervisor? I have a better relationship with a SA in another state but the selling supervisor is the one at my home store.
