Difference betw. Alta Noda and Lady Gres?

Hi. Just looking at another thread and there was a pict of a suede purple Alta Noda that also comes in Pewter. Looks like the Lady Gres to me, but I'm a newbie.

The Alta Nodo are D'Orsay style

And the Alta Nodo has a double platform, LG only has one.

Along with the double platform, the Alta Nodo is a d'orsay style. Also, there is a slight bit of ruching in the back that the Lady Gres does not have.

Thanks so much. I'm still liking the Lady Gres the best now that I see the differences. If I take a 7/5 in the Jolie Noeud D'Orsay what size in the Lady Gres would I take?
