I wished I had! Its too late if you didnt, but its interesting to look at. Its unbelievable some of the jewelry lots they have. Its also hard to believe that some of it is 10K jewelry. If you want to entertain yourself, just google Madoff Auction and it will take you to the Federal Marshal's site....

Actually, on the news this evening this auction was discussed and he had some kind of sports jacket that was worth a very minimal amount and yet it sold for a ridiculously exorbitant amount. As for dear Ruthie's jewelry I would sooner wear costume than the things gotten by her husband's ill begotten gains.
Yes, the money is going for reparation for the victims but i have no interest in seeing anything of their's while victims are still suffering.

Idk... i think it was the best possible solution.... As long as the money is truly going to victims, its good that they are able to get some reparation from these terrible people. Unfortunately, although jail is exactly what they deserve-- it doesn't put money back in the victims pockets.

I don't see any other way it could have been done since they were working with imaginary money basically.... I applaud the effort!
