OK, this is what I am interested in knowing: 1. Have you ever had to return a bag for defective/ quality workmanship issues AFTER you have worn it. I.E. It did not perform as expected, rubbing color, breaking threads etc. ? You can mention bags that you returned before wearing, that arrived defective as well, however this is not as difficult a test of a store' s service level (and that is what I am interested in... but go ahead and mention it so we know which bags to avoid.) 2. What bag was it? What was wrong? 3. Where did you return it or attempt to return it? Saks, Neimans? 4. What was the response to your attempt/ successful return? Kind, understanding or cold and closed? Did you succeed in getting a refund?? I think this is the most extreme test of customer service within a store.
