Did Tiffany Retire the Mini Heart Lock Items?!

I went to my local Tiffany & Co. to purchase the Tiffany Heart Lock in sterling silver, Mini size, on a 16" chain. The sales representative checked for me, but they didn't have one in stock. Moreover, she "thinks" that they were retired in April... but isn't sure.

I checked the tiffany website and ALL of the silver versions are gone, including the enamel versions. The 18k yellow is listed as "Out of Stock".

....Really?! Every time I like something and go to purchase it, whatever I had my heart set on was discontinued? Thus happened last year, too! :crybaby: :rain:

Also, it's not on the website for us if it's discontinued but that doesn't mean every piece was sold

I did check again at my local Tiffany & Co. and asked if they could check to see if another store had one in stock. They said they couldn't...

I emailed customer service to ask if they are able to locate one, but it will be 48 hours before I receive a reply... Most likely Monday or Tuesday, since it's the weekend...

I may need to start searching eBay, although the last Tiffany piece I purchased there turned out to be a big, fat fake.

Sorry... I didn't see your comment before you deleted it...

But I'm certain that the sales representative *could* have checked for me, but all of the sales associates were so very busy talking to each other behind the counter that they didn't care that I was in the store. In fact, I was the ONLY customer in the store, and the ONLY person to talk to me was the very pleasant security guard at the front door. Aside from that, you wouldn't have known that there were employees...

Instead of visiting your local store, try calling customer service or the silver department at the New York 5th avenue store. However, it does seem like a long time since April for a store to still have one.

Sorry to heard about your bad recent bad experience at Tiffany. In my post, I had stated that they should have searched the Tiffany inventory for you. Sorry deleting my post but I've had a few strange things happen once I've posted something on this forum. So, I'm trying to be selectively in what I post online here in the forum.
