LV did make it in Azur but don't think it was produce in Ebene. (not 100% sure but never seen one in the preloved market)

I found an azur cell phone case on the Canadian LV website.....

If you find the product number you can call LV's 866-vuitton number and see if they'd be able to tell you if and when it was produced in DE. They tend to be really helpful with information regarding past products, dates of introduction / discontinuation, etc.
