Did LV change the Alma BB strap length?

I tried on the Alma BB recently and I'm 5'4" . The bag fell way short on me, shoes than I recalled in the past.

Has LV shortened the strap length of the Alma BB ? I see pictures of others wearing this bag and it falls lower on them.

May depends on the wearer's physic such as if big chested then the strap may fall shorter. I guess.
