it's used but she states its in brand new condition no signs of wear... I won it for $46.00.

Thanks a lot!! I was just curious about the retail price and it looks like its a good find. I am really excited to get it. It looks like its large enough to be a clutch. The only think I don't understand is the kiss lock pocket, is that used for change?
