Did everyone get a dustbag with their Groom agenday?

hehe yep i have been busy with final assignments and stuff >_< over at the end of this week YAY:nuts:
maybe because it was your first purchase she thought you wouldnt know or mind that it was missing, but considering HOW MUCH you brought at once i wouldnt skimp on anything with a customer like that. maybe when you brought it they couldnt be bothered wrapping it properly coz you had so much stuff (which doesnt make it ok though!). its such a bother that you have to go all the way back for this.

i dont think they could make that sort of excuses..

anyway my sweet SA gave me dustbag and everything when i bought mine.

i think u definitely should come back and demand for 1 ;)

Sigh...I know! I don't really want to sound cheap going back and demanding a dustbag and care booklets...it's really not the be all and end all of my life, but I mean if I'm entitled to it as a customer I don't see why they didn't give it to me in the first place??:shrugs:

So EVERYONE got little booklets and dustbags?:confused1:

i think a dust bag comes with everything...i got mine with a dustbag

the only thing so far i don't have a sleeper bag for is my agenda pen cuz it came in its own LV pen box

u should ask ur SA if s/he could find u one :smile:

Misty: I bought 8 groom items and every single thing from the keychain to the agendas (I bought all 3 agendas) came with dustbag, care booklet and a box. One of the wallets was missing the booklet and I called and my SA mailed it out the next day,.
Demand to speak to a manager if someone doesn't give you what you want!

What are you planning to get? If you're getting a bag you might have to ask for a box, they dont seem to give them to everyone all the time. All groom items should come with a dustbag and box though, to protect the delicate screen printing.

I live in Sydney so I would be going to the shop in Elizabeth St. That's another thing I need help with, I have been reading a lot of people's opinions on here and I think now I am more confused. I was thinking about starting out relatively small. Maybe buy a Azur pochette to use as a bag to go out to dinner with (providing I can fit in my glasses, money, lippie, keys in) or alternatively I am looking for an everyday bag, something bigger to wear on the shoulder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I bought my speedy the stupid SA didn't give me any of those tags. She said that they don't give those and I was like, there's one for each bag, why would you want to keep mine? It's not even the price tag that I want. GRR i HATE the Houston Galleria store.

when i bought my zippy groom in bermuda they gave me a box and no dustbag- which i didn't notice til i got back to my hotel. they were closed the next day so i called from the airport on my way back to ny. they mailed me the dustbag and i got it in a few days with a lovely note. they should have given you the dustbag box and little booklet!
