the problem with bidpay is that they only accept mastercard and visa. i don't have either and I am not willing to get a credit card just to use bidpay. you don't need it with paypal, they accept all the local payment methods, like debit cards, account connection etc.

so from an international perspective - a lot of people don't have credit cards in Europe, or if just one. if you don't want to sell abroad or offer additional payment methods, I guess it is ok.

I don't like either of them. I still have PayPal but only to pay for items I buy. I'm using google checkout as a seller and no problems so far. Only had to refund a buyer once and it was was very easy to do.
