Thanks emilybug! Thats the one I am probably going to keep! I have it in brown and truly love it....carried it for 3 months straight! I never owned the same bag in different colors but I think this one will be it!
I don't know of this would be a factor in your decision but the outlet won't do returns for money- only exchanges
Bummer.....I did not know that. Never been to an MK outlet...none near me.....if I do I will keep this in mind. Thank you.
Yea....I know there policy and I have to admit, it doesnt really bother me. I know Coach is very liberal with their return policy, sometimes a little too much. The last 2 bags I picked out at the outlet, once I gave it a look over, knew right away they were used and returned. At least with MK, I know its new and wasnt returned after being used!
I do think the keeper will be the zip top tote! Cant wait to take her out tommorow!
I have to say I haven't shopped MK much but I was discouraged by their exchange only and within 21 days policy- that being said i ended up exchanging a few times and their customer service was nothing short of amazing. Also, the merchandise credit they give you can be used at outlet or MK fp store.
