Hello!
I am planning my next purchase and am debating between these two very different bags. I have neck and back issues so the appeal of the Diane is that I can wear it crossbody or shoulder. They both are light weight which is necessary for me now! I don’t have any Goyard bags—and i looked at the Artois once before the pandemic. Anyway if someone has these—please let me know what you think.

I have the Diane bag and I love it very much. I carried different styles of the MM Neverful for many years. I got to where I couldn't handle the weight of the bags anymore. The NF was not the problem, it was what I would toss in the bags! I started carrying my Pochette Accessories as a crossbody bag with a chain. It was fine but I just needed a bag with more room. I had so much trouble finding one that fit my needs. The Bolougne and the Odean looked good, but the zippers on those made it hard for me to access the inside. The Diane opens with a magnet, and I am able to access the whole contents very easily. The pocket on the back of the bag is a plus because it works out for quick access for my phone. I love the small strap. The guitar strap is okay, but I plan to get the vachetta adjustable strap to wear crossbody.

Yeah I’m in the same boat! I can’t handle heavy bags anymore. I’m glad the Diane is working out. Is it easy to close with the magnet? Does it ever pop open accidentally?

It is very easy to close. The magnet is strong. Easy open, easy close, and full accessibility on contents. The back pocket is a big plus for me. I use it for my phone.
