Diamonds falling out?

I recently saw a post about the diamond version of the sm juc falling out, I was wondering if anyone has experienced of this including the love bracelet with diamonds as well!

A diamond fell out of my mums 1996 Love ring. She couldn’t believe it. Now there’s just a gap where the diamond used to be.

This is exactly what I am afraid of. There's a few 100 diamonds and several emerals I could lose. My SA always tells me not to worry ... to no avail
