Looking to get 1.5 diamond studs for my ears. When I last did research a couple years ago it appeared some vendors charged sales tax for out of state shipping even with wire transfer and some did not. Anyone have any recommendations for vendors?

I (in Illinois) have to pay sales tax on everything. It has definitely slowed my shopping on some sites for sure.
Here in Illinois, if you purchase something, ANYTHING, out of state, say like you buy a pie in Wisconsin while driving around on a nice summer day (cheaper sales tax), that transaction is supposed to be reported when doing your taxes and you are supposed to pay the difference as if it had been purchased in Illinois.
