  1. At the request of another TPFer I'm posting a reveal of my new, reset, diamond ring.

I've been married for 14 years and I lost my wedding band back in November. It looked so perfect with my tiffany-style engagement ring. When I lost the band, the ring seemed so. . . lonely.

After much deliberation (should I buy a new band, etc.) I decided to reset my original diamond into a new ring. I'm very sentimental and did not want to upgrade my original diamond.

The center stone is .71. I felt like it needed a unique ring to show it off. . . make it stand out! But I also wanted a low setting. And, as my original band was yellow gold,I decided to pay homage to it by sticking with yellow gold. Although, this time, the yellow gold is brushed. The bezel setting is in brushed white gold.

There are 18 pave diamonds - 9 on each side of the center stone. The represent our anniversary (3/18/00) and 18 is also a lucky number in Judaism.
