diamond kelly watch

hi

im interested in the diamond kelly watches I understand there are 3 choices 1)diamonds on front some on back 2)diamonds allover and 3) diamonds on one side

im particularly keen to see what the back of the diamond watches are like and to find out what the difference is between no1 and no2

some have diamonds only on the front, on the sides of the dial; some have diamonds all over the back and some have diamonds on the back but only down the sides. the all-over diamond watches also have a line of diamonds on the front above the dial in addition to the sides.
