To give more details, the diamond at the center is rose cut, 0.5carat. The white gold is 14K.
Probably best to get its value estimated by a jeweler. I would be wondering about the diamond quality too, like cut and clarity, as well as the small diamonds
^This. It’s a pretty set but the stones - at least in the photos - don’t look well cut or sparkly. Long before I knew anything about diamonds I purchased a pair of I clarity diamond studs for what I thought was a bargain price and the quality was terrible, they were dull and cloudy with no sparkle.
Are all three centre stones .50 carat? The price is very low for a set like this and that in itself makes me suspicious that the quality of the diamonds is poor.
I would get a jeweller’s opinion and also look at local pawnbrokers and online websites like EBay to see if you can find a nice piece within your budget. You would be amazed at some of the treasures you find, some of my nicest pieces were acquired this way at a fraction of the normal retail cost.

1. You can dismiss the little stones. They are just there for added sparkle that the centre stones may not posses.
2. No one is going to set high 0.5, 4x C diamonds in 14K. Even within the same wholesalers, they will select better stones for 18K/Plat jewellery. So no, there is not much investment potential financially.
3. There may be nice if you like diamond jewellery by day and don't want to worry too much. So it will be a good buy, but only because it's an investment in your own personal style and enjoyment.
