Which one do you ladies think is most appropriate everyday work earrings? My work place is business formal, not too conservative.

1. Inside out hoop: these are my favorite. But I'm worried the hoops is very small and basically hug the earlobes, so the inside diamonds are blocked and cannot be seen?

I think you should go with last one. It looks very unique and sparkles a lot. The design is versatile and highly polished gold finish. So don’t hesitate to choose the last one.
