diamond earring post questions

Do they make any set in stainless steel ? I am allergic to white gold and don't really like the look of these in yellow gold. Platinum for this sounds like a waste of $ Does anyone know what my choices are ? Thanks

I love platinum ... i personally dont think its a waste of $$ and its perfect for those with allergies. Ive never seen anything in stainless steel but if you were to get them made (i.e buy the diamonds and then get them set) you could do it for sure.

Thanks so much ! I don't think platinum is a waste of money either. I was just thinking since you don't really see it in the earring setting then it wouldn't matter. My ering and band are platinum and I hear those !

I also cannot wear white gold earrings.... my diamonds are set in white gold but the posts and backs are in yellow gold. They do not cause any problems and it was a very simple thing for my jeweler to swap out the posts.

Great idea ! Thanks so much ! I can't wait to get mine. I know I will have to wait some time since I am getting a new watch for xmas but when the time comes I will see if they can do this for me too !
