After getting my JUC in June, I am ready to buy my next Cartier piece! :smile:

I have been looking at the Diamants Légers Necklace in SM - for those of you who have this necklace, it is okay to wear it all of the time? Or would it be wise to take it off daily.

Also, is the diamond in this substantial enough to where it is visible when on or should I opt for the LM?

Your thoughts/recommendations are greatly appreciated.

I wear mine 24/7 and it is fine so far. I have had it since December. I do occasionally take it off to clean it with the Cartier cleaning kit even though it gets cleaned daily in the shower.

I wear it layered with another necklace but it does stand out in my opinion. I think the shine of the chain helps make the diamond stand out more. I opted for the small model because I did not want it to overshadow the other necklace I wear daily.

I have this in xs, but have also tried the sm. All good to wear all the time. The sm diamond is quite visible and the chain is very shiny!
I also have the C de Cartier necklace in 0.19 carat which is priced at a similar level to the legers LM which is 0.20 carat. If you were into something more visible and wanted some options :)

i have the small, i usually clasped it to the hole closet to the pendant and my one always spins. its quite annoying. im not sure if this is because the diamond is so small and has no weight to it.

I dont wear mine much, only when i go out but i think its fine to wear it daily as the chain is quite sturdy.

Hi guys what size do you reccomend between small and the LM. I do not plan to layer. The small seems to be the most popular chain. Does anyone have any opinion about the 1895 chain over legers

The SM necklace arrived on Monday and unfortunately, FedEx picked it up yesterday.

It is beyond beautiful, but I just felt like the diamond was a bit too small for me (I don't plan to layer) - I will most likely end up purchasing the LM in the future because it is truly a beautiful necklace! :heart:

Yet another piece added to my Cartier wishlist :smile:

So you definitely think the LM over the SM any day ? The LM is just a bit too out of my budget at the moment

I just felt like, for the price, the diamond on the SM wasn't as noticeable as I was hoping it would be since I am not planning on wearing other necklaces with it. It was mainly just how I felt it looked on me & the fact that I am not layering - beautiful necklace nonetheless! I was actually so torn when I first got it because it is so sparkly and pretty - after wearing it around, I thought I could use the extra "oomph" the LM might offer (in the future).

Also, I am trying to save for a Love bracelet - so, that might have played a role in my decision to return this necklace. I figured, the money from this piece can go into my Cartier fund.
