DH's 30th Birthday need help, dinner plans?!

I wasn't sure if this is the right second to post this or in the kitchen section, sorry if this is in the wrong place!

My DH is turning 30 in March and I want to take him out to a special dinner. I cant thing of a present per-say to get him, he really doesnt want or need anything, and I dont want to just spend money to spend money.
So I thought a really nice dinner would be something special. He is a Chef by trade. I was thinking somewhere in Philadelphia. We have been to Budakon, and Morimotos.

Has anyone eaten at Butcher and Singer?

Any recommendations for Philly would be great!!!

Don't know the restaurants you mentioned....DH and I loved Striped Bass in Philly...I think it was converted from an old bank building...it has 28 ft. ceilings and marble columns. Great if you like seafood!
