Desperately Need Help! What to pick from Tiffany

I got this necklace from my BF's Mother as a gift.

Very pretty but it just does not look great on me

I want to exchange it to something else I could wear often to show my appreciation to my BF's mother

The budget is around $650.

Not really big fun of silver. I am 30 something and petite. Usually wear Chanel costume jewelries. Many reasonable items from Tiffany looks tiny....Are there anything worth getting it???
