Desparately looking for these Miu Miu Flats HELP

Probably a long shot, but I am desperately looking for these flats (open/closed) I know it was available in darker pewter as well. Anyone know if it's available anywhere? (I think it went on sale)

My sister is going away for awhile and I want to get it for her as a gift. She really wanted these/or Ferragamo Varina Flats.

Shopgirl, those miu miu flats were from S/S 2008. I got mine from Saks final cut (yellow) and NM last call (anthracite) sales. I was really lucky to get them in or close to my size. But you can still try net a porter or styledrops online. If not there were a couple pairs from ebay last time I check.

I got them on Aug 9 for $243. They were originally $540.

They are coming out with new but similar styles of the jewel flats, both close and open toe. Perhaps you could grab one of these babies before they're gone.
