Designer bag prices in Portugal?

Hi all,
I may be visiting Lisbon and Porto in December. I live in North America, and since I'm visiting Europe, would like to buy a designer bag there if prices are better. I know Paris and London are much cheaper - but anyone has an idea on how the prices are like in Lisbon and/or Porto?

I'm thinking to pick up either a Celine or Chloe (though I don't think there's a Chloe boutique in Lisbon). Or if I find Chanel or Fendi at a good price.

Any ideas?

My parents were just in Lisbon a few weeks ago and picked up a Gucci and LV bag. Selection of designer is very limited. My mom said the Chanel selection was not great. The price in Lisbon should be the same as Paris since both are in Euro. We are from Canada so once we got the VAT back the price was better there than buying it in Canada. Not sure how it is compared to the states.

Also Lisbon has most designer stores. I remember there was one boutique in Porto that sold some Celine bags but nothing much there for big designer shopping.
