Dents from handle

I just got an empreinte Madeleine bb and when she shipped it, the handle was pressed on the leather 🤦🏼‍♀️. Is there any way to get the dents out?

Do you have a pic of it? To be honest, I would return it and ask for another one. That's LV's fault with how they shipped it, so you should be able to get a new one.

Would you ask the seller to return it if it had these dents? It was a brand new bag. Stickers are still on too.

If you stuff it ( gently) with soft cloths and leave standing when not in use this should also help. Also I tie the handles upright with a ribbon etc before storing bags that look like they will mark.

I bought it on Facebook groups, not LV. Unfortunately this happened during shipping.

How can you tie one handle? I tie my Alma bb’s up but this has one handle. I think it was resting like this in the box shipping all week

I have gotten dents out of leather on my YSLs bags using leather conditioner, then a hair dryer on low to just warm up the leather, you can try that. but go easy on it.
