What do you all think of the wear and tear for the new black Monogram Jacquard Denim neverfull? I’m super tempted but I’m worried that the material will absorb dirt….. what do you all think??

I love the Speedy. Remind me of the monogram idylle line.
I would reckon you should be cautious to use it. It bound to get dirt, maybe snag if from constant wear of use.

I have the speedy and I have had no issues with color transfer or snagging. I actually find the material pretty durable.
I had the same concern (especially how they put the lighter fading on the corners- why oh whhhhyyyyy?????!!!), but it's very pretty so I got it anyway. Haven't used it yet and just took it out of the box to take a photo so can't comment on wear and tear. It's bound to get a bit dirty but I think as long as you don't abuse it it should be ok.
What would you be using it for? Where? I have the Speedy version and haven’t given concerns about getting it dirty any thought, but it’s just a running around in my car/shopping kind of bag.
If you have it out at restaurants, use it for heavy travel, take daily subway rides, hang out outdoors (like at a park with young kids), then maybe canvas would be better.

I wouldn’t be doing anything crazy with it. Just day to day things. I have plenty of canvas bags - I just think this one is so pretty. I don’t worry about short term wear, more after 5 or so years if that makes sense….

I ordered this neverfull but have decided to return it. I didn’t realize the strap drop wasn’t longer plus the corners being lighter in color. My bag collection is only about a dozen bags with about 3 on constant rotation so I think it’d get too much wear from me as it’d be my only tote. Beautiful bag though! And the speedy in the same print is super cute.
I have lots of totes- they’re my favorite style. So I can definitely rotate and be careful. I do baby my bags but I love to use them to.

I have the exact neverfull and been using it to work,it can hold my 13 inch laptop. Alao using it today at work. So far all good but just have to be careful not to spill drinks on it. I like the pouch too and which I convert it and use it with chain , to wear it over crossbody to bring it out for my lunch break.
Y’all are influencing me to keep this bag. Lol. I’m wondering if a careful light spray of Scotchguard or something similar would help protect the material. Anyone try this? Or thinking about doing it?

I’m super careful with my bags but all of my bags are canvas or leather and I wipe them down inside and out with baby wipes when I rotate them. I don’t know if this material can’t be wiped down and even if it can, will it wick dirt away??

I have both the Speedy and NF. I am more worried about color transfer than wear but I just make sure to be careful with it..I don’t wear it in bad weather or things that may scratch it and putting it down in a clean surface since there are no feet…
