DELICIOUS & Simple (vegetarian) Lasagna!

    I just made this lasagna yesterday and it was FABULOUS! Here's the recipe:

    SAUCE:
    -1 large can all natural stewed tomatoes (with onions, celery, and green peppers)
    -1 clove garlic, crushed
    -2-3 fresh basil leaves
    -1 can tomato sauce
    -Salt to taste

    Put all ingredients into a food processor and run until smooth, then put sauce in a pot and simmer on stove until it comes to a boil.

    CHEESE FILLING:
    -1 package Sargento 6 Cheese Italian blend (approximately 2 cups of cheese)
    -1 large container of ricotta cheese.
    -2 eggs

    Mix the 6 cheese blend with ricotta cheese by hand until smooth, then add 2 eggs and mix until combined. Add a ladelful of the tomato sauce into the cheese mixture and mix until combined.

    ASSEMBLY:
    -Use NO COOK (the lasagna will come out WAY better this way) noodles.
    -Place a thin layer of sauce at the bottom followed by the NO COOK lasagna noodles.
    -Then, add a thin layer of cheese.
    -Add a layer of sauce, followed by another layer of NO COOK lasagna noodles.
    -Continue this process until the cheese mixture and sauce is gone.
    -Leave enough sauce to have a layer of sauce on top.

    BEFORE BAKING:
    -Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top and add pats of butter across the top as well.

    BAKE following the directions on the box of NO COOK lasagna noodles!
