I found this recipe online and love it! I eat them like crazy & have been losing weight!

*Preheat oven to 325 and Grease Baking Sheet (i use I cant believe its not butter spread)

*Whip 4 egg whites & 2tbsp of pure vanilla until stiff white peaks form (about 3-5 minutes)

*Next spoon and hand mix in 2 cups of coconut ( if you want you can add 1 cup of sugar now or any other dry ingrediants)

*Bake for 20 minutes

when them come out if you want you can spread some peanut butter on top ..i did that tonite ..sooo delicious!!!

Next time, Im going to try mixing the peanut butter in before baking:yes:
 
^^ thats how i make them :yes: I try to eat low sugar/low carb to not gain weight..these make it so easy!!

i forgot i use 2 teaspoons, not tablespoons, of vanilla
