I called and they said that they do not have any single flap available. I may have to exchange for something else but I have to find the receipt firstwhy don't you exchange it to a new one? im sure they will exchange it for you.

I exchange it to a new one, INSPECT it closely spend time for this, (that's my lesson b/c i'm soo excited for my bag i didn't inspect it well), now my bag is perfect....
