I posted a thread a while ago about the handles peeling on my Burberry large tote. I went back once and the SA told me it was normal wear and tear. Yeah right, not within 6 months! I spoke to this SA about 2 months ago. I recently used the tote again and noticed it got worse, so I called the SA that sold it to me, and she said to bring it down and they'll see what they can do. I took it back today and told me I could get credit! I was ecstatic, but couldn't find another bag I wanted without having to pay the difference. But eventually, I came upon this beauty! I needed a watch, so here it is! 
! Good thing they agreed to replace the bag!
