Deerskin vs. calfskin, suede lined vs. fabric...

I am thinking about my first Prada purchase, and trying to decide between these two totes for work...

This is soft calf lined with suede...

I am wondering if you have a view as to which will be more durable in bad weather and everyday use, and which will be heavier...

Deerskin will be more durable and IMO suede lining is always a bad idea.

Deerskin...deerskin wears like iron...and like nymifashion...something about suede always puts me off

I have a deerskin tote and it's been with me through car trips and as a carry on purse filled to the brim on airplanes. It's carried me through and it still looks beautiful! And the deerskin is sooo Soft and supple! A purchase worth the cost!

Def the deerskin..I have forever sworm off suede...Emmy + suede = DISASTER

I like the suede lining, but found that it's so much heavier that I now avoid like the plague.

I prefer deerskin for its looks but light colored suede lining is a no-no for me.

tracy814~ I am also thinking of ordering from Wardow...Are you in the States and if so, have you ordered from them before? I am hesitant because I have never dealt with them before and I am hoping if I decide not to keep the bag if it would be a big hassle sending it back. Also wondering if there are any "hidden" costs....
