I swung my arm and the watch hit the edge of a glass door! And now there is a deep scratch, or I should say, deep dent. Cannot be fixed ? By buffing? Can they add some metal to fill the dent?

Thanks for any input .

Hi!

Yes, it's repairable/ can be filled by "laser welding" and then some further work on the case.

I'd recommend to have this done by Rolex directly, either through an AD - or if within your vicinity by dropping it off at a Rolex Service Center.

That said, there are also jewelers/third parties offering this type of service. They can easily be googled - no recommendation though.

Kind regards,
Oliver

Thank you so much! This is great information. I was not sure if it can be filled since it's stainless steel, not gold or platinum. I will try to contact the rolex service center.

Yes it can be fixed and as said above please only do it with Rolex, we have the same watch, my friend had the same issue she had hers fixed here in Australia with Rolex wasn’t very cheap but it looks bran new again. Keep us posted and would love to know how much they charged you.
