Decollete 868 vs 100mm. What's the different??

Ladies, I have a rather simple (probably silly) question. What is the difference between decollete 868 and 100mm? How many different heel heights does the decollete came in?
Does 868 refer to the style number or heel height?
Please straightened me up.

I think the 868 is the style number. The Decollete 868 is actually a 100mm pump anyway, and I've seen it listed as "patent calf leather".

Actually the decollete is 110mm.

oh really? 110mm is it? Then if I saw decollete 100mm does that mean it is a new height?

I have decolletes and my box says "decollete 868 100 glittart cal". Is the 100 not the reference of the height? But when I measure them it's almost 110mm (a 108 mm)?
heh, I can walk in shoes which are (almost) 11 cm?

I thought they were 110 too, but the box on mine says 100

edit again: In the same train of thought, does anyone know what heel height it said on the box of the Declic 120/130? (the "old" ones, not the new 120s who look like 100s) Mine didn't come with the original box and I've always wondered.

My box says Decollete 868 Brown Patent.
