Hi,
I went through a crazy cycle of accumulating handbags and now trying to streamline my collection.
I realized three navy bags in my collection serve the similar function and I am unsure which one to let go.
I will not take a big hit with respect to my purchase price so thats not a concern for me.
My pochette metis (Navy marine) and chanel reissue 226 (Navy) are very heavily used and I tend to reach out to them a lot.
They both are still in great condition.
My navy twist with gold hardware is most gorgeous looking but I hardly ever reach out to.
Its too heavy and also not having a backpocket is a limiting factor for me as I need easy access to my travel card.
I want to let go one but can not decide. As an aside I do have a LV twist marine tote in navy (with silver hardware).
Please help me make a decision. sometimes I let go a bag and then tend to miss it a lot.
Thanks for reading and I am attaching pictures of my models for reference.

The bolded part is your answer ;).

We're all so different. If these were mine, for sure I'd let go of the Chanel. And definitely keep the Twist, because it's great and fabulous and special. The PM is a fine everyday sort of bag that also has its place, but not nearly as special as the Twist. (See, my opinion is of no use!)

When looking at the 3 together, the twist stands out as being the most striking. It's gorgeous even if you don't use much. I would keep that and the Chanel bc together they offer more variety IMO. I like the hardware on the Chanel it looks a bit more edgy and can be worn with any color jewelry. The PM is lovely but keeping 2 with ghw might be more redundant and while the red trim cute, it might also limit what you can pair the bag with. Not to mention variety of 2 brands vs both LV. Maybe you should make a point to use the twist every day for a week or 2 and see how you feel. I have bags I didn't use much and then once I started they really grew on me. All nice so can't really go wrong with whatever choice you make.

After looking at photo again, I actually agree as well. I think both LV bags look nicest but was simply going off trying to provide the most "variety" to serve different purposes. Let us know what you decide to do!

All three don't sell well right now, depends on how worn the conditions they are, as you said well used, selling to consignments probably Reissue sells $1,300 - $1,900, Pochette Metis $800 - 900, if good used Twist $900 - $1,100
