Since you didn't make a purchase, that puts a new spin on things. Good thing your credit card company refused the charge. I wonder if you can get them to block all future charges from Dooney since it seems that Dooney has a problem..Thanks LJ. My point was, I DID NOT MAKE A PURCHASE. I haven't bought anything for a few months and my last purchases were not "Dooney pay," so I don't owe them anything. There is no reason they should be trying to charge my credit card, and yet they still won't remove it from their website. I'm done ordering from Dooney and Bourke. I should have reported unauthorized activity on my credit card last time this happened and had the card replaced. I will do that this time.
I know it's a pain, but have you thought about getting a new credit card and then cancelling the one that Dooney has on file? That way your credit card company can never approve another charge on that account.
