Dealing with Store Director ...

Ladies I need your opinion ... I ordered two wallets, same thing 2 colors. Because the wallets came out of a store that had them both in stock, I was charged $40 shipping. When they arrived yesterday, one of them color is off. Its not the right one meanwhile this is the Store Director that helped me because my SA was out sick. Meanwhile, Im trying to get a Birkin from this shop and as you most know ... at the end of the day everything is decided upon by the Store Director (even the SA told me that). So do you think I should be a pain and ask for some of the shipping charge refunded as it would have been less if they had only sent me the one right wallet? Or just let it go and return the wrong wallet?

Return the wrong wallet and wait to see what the SD does, they might offer you reduced shipping. Are you sure it cost more to ship two than one? Did they come together?

Yes because it just so happen when I went to another store to pick up some shawls, I saw a chart as I was paying and thinking to myself ohhh so now that Im taking 2 wallets Im getting charged basically twice the price of what Id be charged for shipping 1 wallet. It was by where I was paying ... The wallets did come together in one box.

Could the extra charge be from the charge for shipping insurance? If you insure the package for 2 wallets the shipping charge will be higher than if you were just paying for 1 wallet. It's not that the weight is that much difference for 1 or 2 wallets but as the value increases so does the shipping insurance cost. If it's that-I highly doubt they will refund the shipping...or maybe they will? Dunno-good luck!
