DBTY sizing question

For those who have had DBTY bracelets or necklaces (with more than 1 station) resized, how was it done? Was one section of chain removed or added, or was a little bit removed and added between each station so that the spaces between the stations remain even?

I have a 5 station bracelet that I need shortened and I'm curious as to how it would be done.

a little bit of chain between each station will be removed to make sure all the diamonds are even and sitting exactly how they were before....just shorter it's usually a $50 charge or free at time of purchase.
